Ensure Care have had a rebrand! You might have noticed that our website is now looking a little different. We love the updated look and hope that you do too. Having said this, the most important thing to us is that the site is easy to navigate and offers you, the reader, plenty of useful information. We’ve worked hard to make sure that there’s lots of helpful pages, both for people looking for care services and for those who want to work in the care sector. As well as outlining the kinds of care we provide and how we do it on the main pages of our website, we’ll also be using this blog to provide you with information on topics related to care. We hope that you find the site informative and useful. Please feel free to contact us with any feedback you might have!
Whether you’re here looking for care services for yourself or for a loved one, it’s vital that you feel reassured and confident throughout the entire process. At Ensure Care we strive to provide the very best care for our clients, constantly providing them with reassurance and giving their families peace of mind too.
So how do we do this? Deciding that care is required is a big step. We know that there’s a lot to consider when creating a care plan and that it can be a little overwhelming for families at times. We’ll share our knowledge and experience with you during the planning stages to help put you at ease.
It’s vital that the care we provide is 100% right for the client, so our processes are thorough and in-depth. We begin with an initial assessment with one of our experienced, qualified Care Managers. This involves getting to know the client and the client’s family. Together, we’ll establish how many visits are needed, how long they should be and what tasks the carer will need to carry out. Where needed, we’ll also work with social services or any medical practitioners that might be involved. On a more personal level, we find out more about our client’s personality traits and any likes or dislikes they might have. (It’s important to remember that these things are constantly assessed and we are totally flexible. This means that the care plan can be altered at any time to cater for any changes that might be going on in the client’s life.) Once we’ve established what’s needed, we then choose the most appropriate carers for the client and make sure they have any specialist training that might be required. If the client requires live-in care, we’ll arrange more meetings to ensure it’s the right match for both people. The care plan can then begin whenever you’re ready!
